• Green Eggs (made with with spinach)

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes and it’s barely even a recipe!  Its a great way to get your kids to eat spinach and they don’t even have to know it’s in there. If you know me, then you know I like to put spinach in pretty much everything: smoothies, eggs, tacos, even pancakes.  Yes, I just said pancakes (Egg and Banana Pancakes).  There is something about getting my kids to eat leafy greens for breakfast that makes me feel like a rock star mom, even though I am far from it!  Now, this is the only way my kids eat their eggs.  You don’t need a fancy…

  • Hello world!

For years I’ve been creating my own recipes.  Mostly taking my favorite baked goods and trying to make them healthy.  Whenever my husband and I agree that my creation is amazing he always jokes “but can you make it again?” because I never remember all the little tweaks I’ve made.  Well look out world, I’ve started writing things down!
